The Children’s Hospital Foundation helps sick and injured kids by funding life-saving medical research, investing in vital new equipment, and providing support and entertainment for children and their families.
They are committed to making a difference in the fight against childhood illness and injury so every child can grow up as happy and healthy as possible. The Children’s Hospital Foundation is the charity dedicated to raising funds for Queensland’s sickest kids, proudly working alongside the Queensland Children’s Hospital and state-wide with Children’s Health Queensland.
Their Patient and Family Support team have been improving the hospital experience for families like yours for more than 30 years. With the generous assistance of the community, they support and deliver essential services at Queensland Children’s Hospital, and regional hospitals across Queensland.
Childhood Cancer Foundation supports the provision of a number of complementary therapies including Music Therapy and Pet Therapy, which can be arranged through hospital staff; and during your visit or stay at Queensland Children’s Hospital you can pop in to the Family Resource Centre for access to a number of essentials such as phones, computers, emergency clothing and more.
