A Child’s wish
A Child’s Wish is a non-profit organization based in Louisiana, who are dedication to bringing joy to critically ill children by fulfilling their dreams and granting a wish.
To be eligible for a wish, the child must have been diagnosed with a critical illness, be aged between 2 and 18 years old and be a resident of Louisiana. Applications must be completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Angels’ Place
Angel’s Place is a non-profit respite care service available to the families of children diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, who live in the greater New Orleans area including Covington, Mandeville, Slidell, and southern Mississippi.
Trained care givers provide specialized care so that parents and guardians can take a much needed break to refresh, or spend quality time together or with siblings during a truly challenging time.
