CHILDHOOD CANCER SUPPORT for those living in Arizona

Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels

Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels is a non-profit organisation supporting the here and now needs of families in Arizona, who are impacted by childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

The organisation provides local young people up to the age of 18, with care packages at various milestones throughout their treatment. They receive a Comfycozy’s Care Pack when their port is placed, a Comfort Pack while staying in hospital, and a No More Chemo Party Bag at the completion of treatment.

They are also able to offer financial assistance towards groceries and gas, as well as free in-house counselling, play therapy and other support services, to paediatric patients, their siblings and parents/caregivers.

HOPE KIDS

HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. They surround these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope is a powerful medicine.

Families with a child aged 0-18 years old, who has been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, can apply online for their child to become a HopeKid.  Once accepted into the program, the family will receive email invitations to their free events each month.
